TRAINING
Our Contractor Model
Sincere Services operates a structured contractor model designed to balance independence with professional support, accountability, and growth.
All contractors complete an onboarding process designed to create a strong and consistent foundation for practice.
This includes:
Understanding the NDIS environment and the role of support workers
Professional boundaries and ethical practice
Documentation and reporting expectations
Participant-centred and trauma-informed approaches
Communication and professional responsibilities
Our onboarding process is designed to ensure contractors feel prepared, supported, and aligned with the standards and values of Sincere Services from the beginning.
Guidance, Reflection & Ongoing Support
We do not believe support workers should be left to navigate complex environments alone.
Our model includes ongoing reflective supervision and professional guidance to help contractors continue developing their skills, judgement, and confidence over time.
This may include:
Regular supervision and check-ins
Reflective discussions around practice and participant support
Guidance navigating complex situations
Support with ethical decision-making and professional boundaries
Constructive feedback and opportunities for growth
We believe reflective practice is essential to safe, sustainable, and emotionally regulated support work.
Safe Practice & Professional Standards
While Sincere Services currently operates as a non-registered provider, we intentionally structure our systems and practices in alignment with the principles underpinning the NDIS Practice Standards.
This includes:
Clear expectations regarding documentation and communication
Incident reporting processes
Professional conduct expectations
Defined scope of practice
Privacy, confidentiality, and accountability measures
These systems are designed to protect participants, support contractors, and maintain the integrity of our services.
A Development-Focused Culture
At Sincere Services, we view disability support as a profession that deserves respect, skill development, and ongoing learning.
Contractors are encouraged and supported to:
Pursue further education and training
Strengthen communication and critical thinking skills
Build confidence in complex support environments
Engage in reflective practice
Develop sustainable, long-term careers within the sector
Our focus is not simply on service delivery, but on developing thoughtful, capable, and ethically grounded practitioners.
